Application Store means the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Word to PDF Converter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance. You may cancel anytime via your app store settings.

All billing and transaction processes are handled by the relevant Application Store and are subject to its terms and conditions. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by the Application Store.

5. Refunds

Except when required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you purchased via an Application Store, please refer to their refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so through the Application Store.

6. User Content

You may post content where allowed. You retain ownership, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content. You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing material.

7. Content Moderation

We may remove or restrict content or accounts at our discretion if terms are violated or content is deemed inappropriate. We are not responsible for user content, but reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

8. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on Word to PDF Converter infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice by email to app.contactform@gmail.com with the following:

• Your name and contact information
• Description and location of the infringing material
• A good faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate
• Your electronic or physical signature

You may be held liable for damages if you misrepresent that content is infringing.

Word to PDF Converter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Andrii Hulak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service, or $100 USD if no payment was made. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict of law principles. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. If you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you may also benefit from local mandatory consumer protections.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance when possible. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
